DevWorks International Welcomes New Chief Growth Officer
DevWorks International is excited to welcome Jennifer Snow as its inaugural Chief Growth Officer.
As CGO, Jen will play a pivotal role in driving DevWorks’ growth and evolution: leading development and execution of multi-year strategic plans, cultivating strategic partnerships, harnessing organizational learning and cross-organizational collaboration to showcase DevWorks’ technical and operational expertise, communicating organizational capabilities and service offerings, and identifying and pursuing new opportunities for growth.
Jen brings to the position 25 years of relevant global business development and program implementation experience, along with deep networks within the international development industry. She has led business development and fundraising strategies, partnerships, and proposals for multiple organizations, leading to hundreds of millions of dollars in new funding from USAID, other US government entities, e.g., US Departments of Agriculture, Labor, and State), Asian Development and World Banks, foundations, corporations, and others. She has also led multiple USAID-funded projects and communities of practice as a program director, in addition to overseeing the implementation of nearly $100M in international projects as a portfolio director.
